  • Service re-design - Working on the review/re-design of services with key partners and staff – workshops to identify and address key issues e.g. child protection, addiction services, older people’s services, cancer care, surgical services
  • Staff consultation & survey compilation - Designing, facilitating and reporting on a partnership and staff consultation exercises, often as a consequence of proposed changes.
  • Shadowing sets - Work with a range of health, social care, housing & education departments to develop and facilitate a unique shadowing programme aimed at building rapport, relationships and mutual understanding between partners at various levels across different organisations and professions
  • Culture Change – Project management of a bespoke designed culture change programme within the NHS.
  • Strategy/Values Review - Facilitating  joint workshops between care partners looking at strategy and values review
  • Organisational Development & Learning Strategy – producing such strategies on behalf of organisations who seek external assistance to examine and recommend strategic options for progressing the development of the organisation and its people.
  • Customer Service Good practice – researching and reporting on examples of good practice across sectors
  • Action Learning – facilitating and co-ordinating the introduction of A.L. sets as part of a continuous improvement process within the NHS
  • Induction – undertaking a complete review and re-design of one Council’s induction process, programme and supporting materials.
  • Conference Organisation - organising and facilitating clinical conferences for G.P’s and other core staff to help them consider how they work together to deliver a joined up service for clients.
  • Design and facilitation of an Excellence in Leadership development module offered across health and local authority departments. The specific focus of this module was on collaborative working and integrated leadership.
  • Project Management of out sourced development projects -  External assistance given to Scottish Enterprise in the  project management of a national Tourism Business Learning pilot programme supporting workforce development planning and follow up for small businesses.
  • Performance Management, Induction and Personal Development Planning -  Working with organisations to help to develop effective staff development systems
  • Managers as Developers – providing a highly effective training programme and coaching support which develops the capability and confidence of managers to manage and lead their staff to improved performance.
