Innovative and meaningful Team Development events, are offered independently as well as in conjunction with Mugdock Country Park, our partner in outdoor team building events.

In particular we specialise in working with managers and team leaders at both corporate and operational levels in diagnosing and designing appropriate interventions which will help them achieve the desired aim or change expected from the contributions of their team(s).

We offer a pre event team diagnosis review, the results of which can be incorporated into the team event.

Each event focuses on the areas and approach chosen form the company. For instance the day can be packed full of fun, challenging exercises plus also offer time for reflection, discussion and action planning to take recommendations forward back in the workplace.
