This isn't a quote from a text book - they are my own words!  We have lived and breathed the spirit and embodiment of innovation, in particular through the introduction of the Ferado Terrace.  What started out as an idea stemming from a visit to Prague in 2003, the Ferado Terrace has taken us on a long and winding path to market at the end in 2007- with lots of learning on the way.
