I work with a small selection of skilled and experienced coaches and facilitators to form partnerships for larger scale contracts and engagements. I am currently working with Madeleine, Lesley and Susan on several public sector executive coaching contracts.
Madeleine’s background and experience is in public, private and third sectors including: Health & Social Care; Forestry & Land; Manufacturing; Tertiary Education; Tourism/Hospitality; Local authorities; Police Scotland; Compassionate Inverclyde and Education Scotland.
Madeleine is a professional, qualified executive, team and resilience coach and mentor who offers a blend of experienced coaching and consultancy support for senior executives, senior leaders, middle managers & teams.
As a qualified and accredited coach, and combining wide-ranging experience as a coach and leader, Lesley brings a unique blend of insight, knowledge and experience to bear on her work with clients. Recent projects include Charity Commissioner, Police Scotland, Homes England, Department for Health, Registers of Scotland and Bon Accord Care.
Lesley is particularly experienced in supporting and challenging senior leaders in extending personal and team resilience and performance through periods of complex personal, professional and organisational change.
Susan is an Executive Coach qualified from Henley Business School and specialises in psychometric profiling www.insights.com based on Dr Carl Jung’s theory of psychology. She is passionate about helping others make a positive difference in the work they do and is motivated by the results development brings.
Her background is in Public sector Leadership & Management Development working with individuals and teams across a range of roles and business sectors. Susan is also a business mentor and established her own company, Coull Coaching, in 2014
